Lifestyle Benefits

Membership of the Group Pension Scheme: With matched contributions by the company depending on the level of cover.

Flexible benefits: To suit your lifestyle and the pension scheme you have signed up to.

Childcare Vouchers Scheme: Gives tax and national insurance savings for those needing childcare cover.

Employee Assistance Programme: A 24 hour-7 days a week helpline open to everyone to help them sort out financial, legal, medical, relationship or a health issues. This service is totally confidential and has been set up with experts.

Death in service: life insurance cover

Other services available: Dental plans, Healthcare plans, Optician deals, Travel Insurance, Accident Insurance and Feet treatments.

Holidays

An additional 5 days holiday per annum, pro rata will be added to the existing holiday allowance of each person who works in the hotel in return for removing entitlement for compensation when working the bank holidays.

Key trading days such as - Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve from 11pm and New Years Day would not be included in this scheme and would still be treated as key days to work i.e. if you are rostered you will still receive compensation for working these days.

Keeping you going

Meals on duty: You can enjoy a great meal each day you work, courtesy of the chefs.

Uniforms: Everyone gets great uniform to wear so they don’t have to spend their own money looking smart for work.

Taxi journeys: Hotels offer subsidised rates for late night/early morning travel to and from work.

Local Discounts: Each hotel has deals with local shops & leisure places – ask for more details.

Reward & Recognition: We are keen to help individuals gain rewards & recognition for the great service & quality they offer.

Local incentive & bonus schemes: Each hotel runs local incentive schemes & bonus schemes – speak to your P&D Manager for details.

Service charge: Those working within Food & Beverage will get a share of the service charges earned.
