Based at our hotel in the old city centre of Birmingham, they have been designed to create a unique sense of conviviality - informal yet informative and unlike any other wine-tasting course available.
Henri Chapon MS and Dimitri Mesnard MS host each two-night course. Focusing on 20 or so wines from the same number of producers, he aims to unravel and demystify a specific subject, from the classic to the controversial, with learning focusing on the glass, rather than the textbook. We have also included some time at our gym and spa, Health du Vin, for less 'studious' partners.
